Had a really good experience with this company and just wanted to share. My car went in the shop at Santa Monica VW who contracts with them. They came to meet me with my rental at the dealership and all the (digital) paperwork was fast and smooth. Next day wanted to exchange for a different car and went into their location where Wyatt took care of me. The offices and lot were well kept, clean and organized. In less than 5 min had the new car. Transaction was simple, smooth and efficient. Would definitely rent from them again based on my positive experience.
